The Petersburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority develops an Annual Agency Plan and a Five-Year Plan, as required by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The purpose of the plan is to outline PRHA’s policies, programs, and services and how it intends to operate; including improvements to our housing properties.
